The purpose of the Leadership Development Workshop is to equip young people with essential leadership skills, knowledge, and confidence to become responsible and effective leaders. The workshop aims to develop communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills while promoting unity, cultural identity, and community participation. Through this program, AKO-QLD Youth aims to prepare the next generation of Karen leaders to contribute positively to their community and support its long-term development.
